Messaging Use Cases

BYGENAI sends transactional/operational notifications for SMB client account workflows. Messages are sent only to authorized users.

BYGENAI Account Update: Your scheduled workflow update for [Client Name] is ready. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.
BYGENAI Security Notice: A new sign-in was detected for your managed account. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.

Consent Collection Methods

Web Form Opt-In

Recipient enters phone number and explicitly consents through an unchecked checkbox with disclosure text, terms link, and privacy link.

Keyword Confirmation

Recipient can confirm consent by replying START/YES. STOP immediately opts out. HELP returns support guidance.

Admin Invite + Recipient Confirm

Business admins can invite authorized users, but recurring SMS starts only after recipient confirmation.
