BYGENAI Operational Notifications
Program Description
BYGENAI LLC ("BYGENAI", "we", "us", or "our") provides software platforms that send operational SMS notifications to authorized business users on behalf of our client organizations. These messages include urgent alerts, system notifications, and service test messages related to the operation of our software platforms.
This is not a marketing program. All messages are transactional and operational in nature.
Message Types
By opting in, you may receive the following types of SMS messages:
- Urgent Alerts: Time-sensitive notifications requiring immediate attention (e.g., urgent patient calls, warehouse events).
- System Notifications: Operational updates and status alerts from the platform.
- Test Messages: Periodic system verification messages sent by administrators.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. Messages are only sent when triggered by operational events or administrator-initiated actions. There is no fixed schedule. Typical frequency ranges from a few messages per week to several per day during high-activity periods.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Consult your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan. BYGENAI is not responsible for any charges from your carrier.
Opt-In and Consent
You are enrolled in this messaging program when your organization's authorized administrator configures your phone number in the BYGENAI platform. By having your number added, you consent to receive operational SMS messages as described in these terms.
You may also opt in by texting START to the designated phone number.
Opt-Out
You can opt out of receiving messages at any time:
- Reply STOP to any message from us. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
- Contact your organization's administrator to remove your phone number from the platform configuration.
After opting out, you may opt back in by texting START or by having your administrator re-add your number.

Supported Carriers
Our SMS services are compatible with all major US carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and US Cellular. BYGENAI is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues.
Privacy
Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, share, or use your phone number or personal information for marketing purposes.
Disclaimer of Warranties
SMS messaging services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. BYGENAI does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free message delivery. Critical communications should not rely solely on SMS.
Limitation of Liability
BYGENAI shall not be liable for any damages arising from delayed, failed, or undelivered messages, or from any actions taken or not taken based on the content of messages.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued receipt of messages after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated to affected users.
